ResaleX is an online classified marketplace that helps buyers discover and contact individuals, companies, dealers, and professional sellers offering used, old, refurbished, surplus, or second-hand products.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, provide accurate information, comply with applicable law, and keep your password and OTP confidential. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
We may request identity, business, address, tax, ownership, or other verification documents. Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.
Eligible businesses, dealers, and professional sellers may create company accounts and publish unlimited listings, subject to fair-use limits, technical restrictions, listing standards, category rules, anti-spam controls, and any applicable plan conditions.
“Unlimited” does not permit automated spam, duplicate listings, misleading content, prohibited products, resource abuse, or conduct that negatively affects other users.
Sellers must have the legal right to sell every listed item. Listings must:
Users must not list stolen or counterfeit products, illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, prohibited dangerous materials, unlawful wildlife products, identity documents, confidential data, infringing items, recalled or unsafe products, or anything prohibited by law.
Users must not impersonate others, publish fraudulent listings, manipulate ratings, send spam, harvest user data, introduce malware, bypass security, scrape the Platform without permission, or use ResaleX for fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity.
Prices are supplied by sellers and may be negotiable. Each user is responsible for verifying the final price and complying with applicable tax and invoicing requirements.
Where users pay each other directly, ResaleX is not responsible for collecting, holding, transferring, refunding, or recovering the payment. If integrated payments are offered, additional payment-provider terms may apply. ResaleX will never ask for your UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password, or OTP.
Unless ResaleX expressly provides a service, buyers and sellers arrange inspection, packing, delivery, insurance, installation, returns, replacement, repair, and refunds between themselves. Professional sellers must honour consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Fees paid directly to ResaleX for subscriptions, advertising, featured listings, or other digital services are governed by the refund terms displayed at purchase.
You retain ownership of your original content but grant ResaleX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute it as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Platform. You confirm that submitted content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe another person’s rights.
The ResaleX name, logo, interface, software, graphics, database, and original content are owned by or licensed to ResaleX. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, reverse-engineered, or commercially exploited without written permission.
Users may report suspected scams, stolen or counterfeit goods, prohibited products, harassment, misleading listings, or rights infringement to [reporting-email].
We may reject, restrict, hide, edit, or remove listings or accounts that breach these Terms, create risk, remain unpaid where fees apply, or must be acted upon under law. Depending on the circumstances, action may be taken with or without advance notice.
The Platform may link to payment gateways, maps, messaging tools, social networks, delivery providers, or other third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply, and ResaleX does not control their availability, content, security, or performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that every user is genuine, every listing is accurate, every product is lawful or defect-free, a transaction will be completed, or the Platform will always operate without interruption or error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResaleX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses resulting from user conduct, product defects, fraudulent or failed transactions, payment or delivery disputes, reliance on listings, third-party services, or temporary service interruptions. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify ResaleX and its owners, employees, representatives, and service providers against claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable expenses arising from your listings, transactions, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or unlawful conduct.
We may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, abuses Platform resources, or engages in suspected fraud. Users may contact the Grievance Officer to challenge a decision.
We may update the Platform, prices, policies, and these Terms. Revised Terms will show a new “Last updated” date, and material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable legal forums, courts located in [City, State, India] will have jurisdiction. The parties may first attempt good-faith resolution or mutually agreed mediation.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with incorporated policies, form the agreement governing use of the Platform.
